Our academy is dedicated to providing young athletes with the tools they need to succeed on and off the field. Our coaches have years of experience working with athletes who want to play at the next level in high school or college. We understand the importance of a well-rounded athlete, and our programs focus on developing not just physical skills but also mental toughness and resilience. We believe that with hard work and dedication, every athlete can achieve their dreams.
ABOUT JB
The variety of experiences started for the Milwaukee native with a love of sports. Joel played basketball and football at Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin before heading to University of Wisconsin - Platteville to study, play basketball and eventually play football. Joel was fortunate to have been influenced by so many great coaches like Bo Ryan, Mike Emendorfer, Dave Keel, Eric Koehler, Rob Jeter, and John Chekouras, he decided to try coaching himself.
Coach Beard started his coaching journey as the Head Football Coach at Southwestern High School in Hazel Green. That journey led to stops at Division III, Division II, and FCS schools. Coach Beard has collaborated and coached with former and current NFL Coaches. In 2016, Coach Beard stepped away from coaching to be a High School Athletic Director. He was in that role for 7 years. In 2022, Coach Beard was the Athletic Director and Interim Head Football Coach at McHenry High School in Illinois. In 2023, Coach Beard was named the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at the College of DuPage.
